All gemstones listed on our website are described to the best of our ability. We make every effort to accurately represent colour, size, weight, and quality. However, colours may appear slightly different on different screens.

Gemstone weights (carats) are exact. All significant stones are accompanied by a gemological laboratory certificate from a recognised institution (e.g. GIA, GRS, Gübelin, SSEF).

All prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the event of pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

We ship worldwide. All shipments are fully insured and sent via tracked, secure courier. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and accompanied by all original certificates and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@thesapphirebank.com. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly described.
